Longchamp is recruiting an Image Production Project Assistant for its Brand Content team on a six-month full-time internship starting in January 2027. The intern will support image production, photo shoots, advertising campaigns, creative research and resource management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist with the daily coordination of visual projects to ensure the Maison’s image remains consistent.
- Support photo-shoot production, including organisation, coordination, preparation, purchasing and set-up.
- Coordinate product logistics for shoots, checking availability and arranging collections and rooms.
- Track photographed product references using a tracker.
- Monitor post-production.
- Deliver images to the relevant departments.
- Contribute to seasonal advertising campaigns and digital content development.
- Communicate daily with relevant stakeholders.
- Take part in creative briefings and help develop guidelines.
- Contribute to creative research, prepare benchmarks and conduct regular competitor monitoring.
- Manage and update a database of industry talent and suppliers across photography, video, art direction, casting, production, studios and retouching.
- Update the online library with image rights information.
Qualifications
- Background in communications, art or audiovisual studies.
- Initial experience, through an internship or otherwise, in image production.
- English at C1 level.
- Knowledge of trends, particularly on TikTok.
- Familiarity with macOS.
