Longchamp is recruiting a CRM Project Assistant Intern for a six-month full-time internship starting in January 2027, reporting to the CRM Project Manager. The intern will support global multichannel campaign coordination, market relations and campaign analysis, contributing to customer acquisition and loyalty initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the development and tracking of the annual international CRM plan.
- Assist with end-to-end management of multichannel CRM campaigns, including coordinating translations and local adaptations, creating designs and audience targeting, checking and approving proofs, and scheduling campaigns.
- Serve as the main contact for markets across Europe, Asia and the Americas, supporting their day-to-day campaign implementation.
- Coordinate projects with e-commerce, retail, operational marketing, brand image and IT teams.
- Contribute to technical improvements in campaign creation through regular coordination with NP6 technical support.
- Analyze campaign impact and apply a test-and-learn approach to develop and optimize the strategy.
- Conduct competitive intelligence.
Qualifications
- Bac+4/5-level education from a business or communications school, or equivalent, with a specialization in marketing or digital marketing.
- Ideally, initial experience in CRM, retail or clienteling.
- Strong written communication and drafting skills.
- Advanced English (B2/C1), for daily interactions in English.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with a marketing automation tool or Photoshop is preferred.
- Organized, with effective priority management.
- Analytical and critical thinking.
- Curious and enthusiastic about exploring new subjects.
- Creative, proactive approach.

Experience
