Loewe Wholesale Trainee in New York — temporary full-time support role for luxury fashion wholesale business development and account management.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in communicating with store staff, headquarters, and clients to maintain aligned account management
  • Support the organization and coordination of buying sessions, ensuring partner attendance and follow-up
  • Assist with EDI processes, maintenance, and implementation across wholesale accounts
  • Support return-to-vendor procedures and quality claims processing
  • Maintain the cooperative file, organizing and logging chargebacks with meticulous record-keeping
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, preparing expense reports, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Manage sample trafficking and logistical coordination for wholesale partners
  • Support the overview of key DSM account operations, including post-buying session notes and orders
  • Coordinate Paris market appointments and fashion show ticket requests for wholesale clients
  • Support clinic appointments and organization, including model booking and sample preparation
  • Help ensure delivery deadlines are consistently met across all accounts
  • Provide availability tracking systems (ATS) for clients and wholesale partners
  • Assist in creating analytical reports and presentations for business review
  • Analyze regional markets and competitors to build pricing strategy benchmarks for the wholesale division
  • Build and maintain working relationships with internal and external business partners
  • Support the expansion plan implementation for LATAM and Mexico market development
  • Implement Loewe North America procedures and best practices across all wholesale locations
  • Ensure the highest quality presentation standards are achieved and maintained within all accounts

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
  • 1–2 previous internships in fashion wholesale or luxury retail
  • Bilingual capabilities in Spanish and/or French preferred but not required
  • Basic knowledge of retail business structures and market dynamics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard office applications
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated attention to detail

Experience

The base compensation for this position is USD 20 per hour.
