LOEWE Wholesale Operations Internship, Madrid. Support supply chain excellence in logistics, incident management, and operational coordination at a leading luxury fashion house.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end management of logistical incidents, from identification and root cause analysis through to resolution
- Investigate and resolve complex stock discrepancy issues that directly impact operational performance, customer service, and business results
- Act as key point of coordination between cross-functional teams including Warehouse, Logistics, Aftersales, Finance, and Wholesale customers
- Assess unique and non-standard situations, applying critical thinking and business judgment to determine root causes and implement tailored solutions
- Drive visibility and reporting on logistical incidents, identifying trends and opportunities to reduce recurrence and improve operational efficiency
- Support allocation and distribution activities to ensure smooth product flow and optimal service levels across the Wholesale channel
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to minimize operational disruptions and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend practical solutions to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service quality
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by optimizing workflows, reducing manual intervention, and strengthening operational controls
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in studies that permit internship agreement (convenio de beca) with university
- Student NIE if from EU; working permit required if from outside EU
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent organizational and stakeholder management abilities
- Data-driven mindset with ability to propose action plans based on thorough analysis
- Proactive approach with focus on continuous improvement and process optimization
- Client-focused orientation

Experience
Beginner level; knowledge of international logistics and export documentation is advantageous but not required
Education
Currently pursuing tertiary education (university or equivalent) with valid student status
