Role & Responsibilities

• Create and update weekly and ad hoc sales reports.
• Support the Wholesale Merchandising team during buying sessions by preparing product information for partners, setting up the buying tool to ensure the offer is available, consolidating client orders in panorama reports, analysing best sellers and checking buying guidelines in client orders.
• Coordinate with the Supply Chain team to follow up on incoming stock.
• Support reorder process management to maximise stock profitability and key partners’ sales potential.
• Analyse sales, product category and market data to identify trends.
• Communicate daily with the Wholesale Commercial, Operations, Business Performance and Supply Chain departments.

Qualifications

• Interest in fashion and culture.
• Collaborative team player.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in the quality of work.
• Good analytical skills.
• High level of Spanish and English; other languages are a plus.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Currently enrolled at a university or accredited Business School and eligible to sign an internship agreement through the institution.
• Eligible to sign an internship agreement.
• EU citizens must hold a valid student NIE (Foreigner Identification Number); non-EU citizens must hold a valid work permit.
