LOEWE Wholesale Merchandising Intern in Madrid, Spain – 6-month internship supporting buying, sales analysis, and inventory optimization for luxury fashion partners.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create and update sales reports on a weekly and ad hoc basis
- Support buying sessions by preparing and managing product information for partner distribution
- Configure buying tools to ensure accurate product availability and manage client order consolidation
- Analyze best sellers and verify compliance with established buying guidelines
- Coordinate with the supply chain team on inbound stock tracking and logistics
- Support the reorder process to maximize inventory profitability and partner sales performance
- Identify sales trends across product categories and geographic markets
- Maintain daily communication with wholesale commercial, operations, business performance, and supply chain departments
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a university or accredited business school
- Eligible to sign an internship agreement through your institution
- Valid student NIE (EU citizens) or work permit (non-EU citizens)
- High proficiency in Spanish and English
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated attention to detail and quality assurance mindset

Experience
Beginner level; no prior professional experience required. Strong understanding of fashion industry fundamentals and merchandising concepts preferred.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in business, fashion merchandising, supply chain management, or a related discipline at university or accredited business school.
