Role & Responsibilities

  • Compile, maintain and distribute weekly and ad hoc sales reports to inform wholesale decision-making.
  • Support the Wholesale Merchandising team during buying sessions by preparing product information and configuring the buying tool to ensure availability of the assortment.
  • Consolidate client orders in panorama reports, validate buying guidelines and analyse best-sellers to inform reorders and allocation.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain to monitor stock inbound and follow up on deliveries.
  • Assist in managing the reorder process to optimise stock profitability and maximise sales opportunities with key partners.
  • Analyse sales and product data to identify trends across categories and markets.
  • Liaise daily with Wholesale Commercial, Operations, Business Performance and Supply Chain teams to ensure cross‑functional alignment.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in fashion, merchandising, business, economics or a related field (able to sign an internship agreement).
  • High level of Spanish and English required.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in the quality of work.
  • Good analytical aptitude with an interest in data-driven merchandising.
  • Collaborative team player with effective cross‑departmental communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
