Role & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Business Performance & Tools Department to maintain reporting tools for the global Wholesale Team
• Perform continuous database cleaning and validation for partner records, orders, network information, and existing data sets
• Monitor inbound planning and product category deliveries, identifying material deviations from forecast
• Analyze and report on leftover inventory lists and production cancellations
• Support weekly performance reporting and reviews for the Wholesale business unit
• Coordinate with Supply Chain teams to assess stock availability and opportunities
• Manage partner reorder requests and seasonal allocation processes
• Assist with operational management including Returns-to-Vendor (RTV) processes and masterfile maintenance
• Upload and configure products in buying tools; generate panorama updates and final quantity reports
• Monitor and control purchase orders, manage supplier invoices, and liaise with Commercial teams across all Wholesale accounts

Qualifications

• Interest in fashion and culture with consideration of a career in Wholesale or Retail
• Strong collaborative and team-oriented mindset
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to work quality
• Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Native or near-native fluency in both Spanish and English
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Knowledge of Power BI or willingness to develop expertise
• Understanding of wholesale operations, supply chain, or merchandising processes (preferred)

Skills

Experience

Beginner level; no prior professional experience required. Candidates should demonstrate enthusiasm for the luxury fashion industry and wholesale business operations.

Education

Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a business, fashion, supply chain, economics, or related program. Expected or confirmed completion of secondary education at minimum.

Six-month internship program with mentorship from experienced professionals; collaborative and supportive work environment; flexible working schedule (Monday–Thursday 9:00 AM–6:30 PM, Friday 9:00 AM–3:00 PM); study support allowance of €800–900 gross per month; daily lunch allowance.
