LOEWE Wholesale Commercial Intern in Madrid, Spain — 6–12 month luxury fashion internship in wholesale project management and franchise development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Commercial team in execution of store projects and franchise development, including pop-ups, pop-ins, personalized corners, shop-in-shops, and franchisee locations
- Coordinate brand training sessions with client store teams and manage client communications
- Maintain and distribute updated training materials to internal and client teams
- Create and regularly update commercial calendars to track product launches, showrooms, store openings, and key events
- Serve as an internal project liaison between Commercial, Visual Merchandising, Architecture, Merchandising, Logistics, and Wholesale teams to ensure project alignment
- Prepare and distribute weekly Visual Merchandising reports and communicate VM display guidance to high-profile locations
- Support internal presentations and communications on project developments and updates
- Create presentation decks for project development for internal and client purposes
- Assist with buying session organization, including calendar creation, order review, and order entry
- Support packaging organization coordination with clients
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a university program
- Ability to sign a valid internship agreement (convenio de prácticas) with university for the full 6-month duration of internship
- Bachelor's degree in Business or similar field
- High level of English proficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint
- Experience in fashion or luxury brands (preferred but not required)

Beginner level; no prior professional experience required. Previous experience in fashion or luxury brands is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business or similar discipline.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 800 to EUR 900 per month.
