LOEWE Wholesale Business Performance Intern in Madrid, Spain – gain luxury fashion wholesale operations experience with a leading heritage house.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Business Performance & Trading Department to maintain reporting tools for the global Wholesale Team
- Contribute to continuous database maintenance, cleaning, and record verification for partner, order, and network information
- Monitor and report inbound planning for all product categories, identifying material deviations from forecast
- Track and analyse leftovers lists and production cancellations
- Support weekly performance reporting and business reviews
- Coordinate with Supply Chain teams on stock availability and opportunities
- Process partner reorder requests throughout the season
- Manage operational procedures including returns-to-vendor (RTV) processes and masterfile maintenance
- Ensure products are properly uploaded and available in buying tools with accurate cluster assignments
- Generate panoramas updates and final quantities reports
- Monitor purchase order control, manage supplier invoicing, and communicate with Commercial teams across wholesale accounts
Qualifications
- Interest in fashion, culture, and wholesale or retail career path
- Collaborative and detail-oriented professional with pride in work quality
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Power BI
- Fluent Spanish and English; additional languages advantageous
