LOEWE, Madrid | Visual Merchandising Specialist (Temporary) – Support luxury leather goods VM initiatives in a temporary full-time role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the VM Manager in developing and executing leather goods visual merchandising, including accessory and window styling guideline shoots
- Coordinate samples, props, and product organization throughout the VM guideline creation process
- Assist in the development and production of visual merchandising guidelines for leather goods across stores
- Support the implementation of leather goods seasonal window displays, in-store launches, pop-ins, pop-ups, and special events
- Ensure visual merchandising materials and assets are organized, updated, and properly maintained
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver leather goods projects on time and according to LOEWE brand standards
- Monitor details across all VM projects to maintain consistency and excellence in execution
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Visual Merchandising team
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail, or Fashion
- Strong interest in leather goods, fashion, arts, crafts, and design with refined aesthetic sensibility
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
- Proactive, flexible, and solutions-oriented with a collaborative mindset
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus

1+ years in visual merchandising, retail operations, or fashion environments, with demonstrated understanding of brand standards and retail display principles.
