Visual Merchandising Specialist at LOEWE, Madrid. Support VM execution across South Europe for luxury retail and wholesale.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of visual merchandising across South Europe (Spain, Italy, Portugal), including retail stores, department stores, and wholesale locations
  • Assist in the implementation of seasonal product launches, window installations, and in-store activations, ensuring alignment with global VM guidelines and creative direction
  • Contribute to the creation and adaptation of store zoning plans for launches, rotations, and product focus strategies
  • Monitor and support regular store rotations (bi-weekly), ensuring VM reflects local market needs, client profiles, and commercial priorities
  • Partner closely with store teams to maintain consistently high VM standards, providing guidance and hands-on support when needed
  • Support VM training initiatives, including onboarding sessions, VM guidelines, and best practice sharing
  • Assist in regional projects such as new store openings, pop-ups, events, and marketing activations
  • Collaborate with merchandising and retail teams to align VM execution with product strategy and stock priorities
  • Act as a key point of coordination between central VM and local teams, ensuring smooth communication and execution
  • Maintain a proactive, solution-oriented approach, adapting quickly to evolving business needs and priorities

Qualifications

  • Degree or academic background in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Excellent attention to detail with a strong visual sensibility
  • Creative mindset with a commercial approach
  • Strong interest in fashion, styling, and current trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across multiple markets and teams
  • Organised, proactive, and adaptable
  • Collaborative team player with a positive and hands-on attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Fluent in English; Spanish and Italian are advantageous
