LOEWE seeks a Visual Merchandising Specialist in Madrid — Visual Merchandising Specialist, LOEWE South Europe role based in Madrid.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support execution of visual merchandising across South Europe (Spain, Italy, Portugal) for retail stores, department stores and wholesale partners.
- Assist implementation of seasonal product launches, window installations and in‑store activations in line with global VM guidelines and regional business needs.
- Create and adapt store zoning plans for launches, rotations and product focus strategies.
- Monitor and support regular store rotations (bi‑weekly), ensuring presentations reflect local market needs and commercial priorities.
- Partner with store teams to maintain high VM standards, providing guidance and hands‑on support as required.
- Contribute to VM training initiatives including onboarding, guideline roll‑out and best practice sharing.
- Assist regional projects such as new store openings, pop‑ups, events and marketing activations.
- Collaborate with merchandising and retail teams to align VM execution with product strategy and stock priorities.
- Act as a coordination point between central VM and local teams to ensure smooth communication and delivery.
- Maintain a proactive, solution‑oriented approach and adapt quickly to evolving business priorities.
Qualifications
- Degree or academic background in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Business or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum three years' experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the luxury or fashion sector (RTW and accessories experience is a plus).
- Strong visual sensibility, exceptional attention to detail and a commercial mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across multiple markets and teams.
- Organised, proactive, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently across South Europe.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, ideally within luxury fashion; experience across retail and wholesale channels and familiarity with RTW and accessories preferred.
Education
Degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Business or related field — or equivalent professional experience.
