LOEWE in Madrid seeks a Visual Merchandising Operations Intern for a 6–12 month on-site internship supporting store openings, props and VM projects.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support openings for new stores and pop-up locations, assisting with POS set-up and on-site implementation.
  • Manage orders to vendors: place orders, follow up on deliveries, coordinate logistics and assist with invoice control and distribution.
  • Assist in props development for stores and special projects: track vendor samples, pricing, budgets and delivery timelines.
  • Support creation of window and in-store mock-ups in line with VM guidelines.
  • Contribute to VM project roll-out worldwide by reviewing store layouts, advising on zoning and implementation, and identifying required materials and additional props.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a degree related to Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design or a closely related discipline.
  • Able to sign an internship agreement (convenio de beca) with the educational institution.
  • Available for a 6–12 month internship on-site in Madrid and able to work the specified hours (typically 9:00–18:30 Mon–Thu, 9:00–15:00 Fri).
  • EU students must hold a student NIE; non-EU applicants require a valid work permit.
  • High level of spoken and written Spanish and English; additional languages are an advantage.
