LOEWE Visual Merchandiser Operations Internship in Madrid—support VM projects, prop development, and store openings for a luxury fashion house.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support new store and pop-up openings by coordinating all purchase orders to vendors, tracking deliveries, liaising with logistics partners, and verifying invoices prior to distribution
- Assist in the design and development of new display props for retail locations and special projects, including vendor sample coordination, pricing analysis, budget management, and timeline tracking
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of window displays and in-store visual merchandising mock-ups in alignment with LOEWE's visual merchandising guidelines
- Support the implementation of new retail and pop-up projects across global locations by reviewing store layouts for zoning optimization, assessing project implementation feasibility, identifying required materials and elements, and sourcing additional props as needed
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in studies related to Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, or equivalent discipline
- Ability to execute an internship agreement (convenio de beca) with university
- European Union residents must hold a valid student NIE; non-EU residents must possess a valid working permit
- Fluent in Spanish and English at a high level; additional languages are advantageous
