LOEWE seeks a Treasury & Risk Specialist in Madrid to manage daily treasury operations, bank reconciliations and cash flow analysis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements on a regular basis to ensure all transactions are accurately posted and balanced.
- Generate, process and follow up bank receipts; liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties to resolve outstanding or delayed payments.
- Monitor credit exposures using Credit Insurance tools and reports; follow up on changes to client credit ratings and escalate risks.
- Analyse cash inflows and outflows to produce short- and medium-term liquidity forecasts and identify potential shortfalls or surpluses.
- Maintain daily communication with banking partners and the Holding company to resolve operational issues and support cash operations.
- Support month-end closing and reporting related to treasury balances and bank reconciliations; prepare documentation for audits and internal reviews.
- Manage and optimise bank account structures and payment flows in coordination with local and central teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' professional experience in treasury, cash management or a finance operations function; 5+ years preferred.
- Proven experience with Treasury ERP systems such as Sage XRT or Kyriba.
- Experience working with JDE Oracle or equivalent accounting ERP for reconciliation and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to work accurately under tight deadlines during monthly closings.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills when liaising with banks, business units and central teams.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in treasury or finance operations is required; candidates with 5–6 years of progressive responsibility in treasury, cash management or risk monitoring will be strongly considered.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline; advanced degree or professional treasury/accounting certification is a plus.
