Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise import and export processes for luxury goods
- Prepare, review, and validate customs documentation and regulatory filings
- Coordinate clearances with customs agents, freight forwarders, and official regulatory bodies
- Ensure compliance with national and international customs regulations and trade requirements
- Classify goods according to HS CODES and tariff classification systems
- Manage certificates of origin, Incoterms, and customs regimes
- Resolve customs incidents and conduct follow-up on inspections and audits
- Maintain updated knowledge of regulatory and normative information affecting international trade
- Support the Global Transport & Customs Manager in operational excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in customs management
- Formal training or certification in International Trade or Logistics
- Expert knowledge of Spanish and European customs regulations
- Proficiency with TARIC classification systems and intra-community VAT
- Fluent in both Spanish and English
