Role & Responsibilities
- Design and produce training materials (presentations, manuals, product guides) that convey Loewe Perfumes’ history, values and product features.
- Plan, host and manage online training sessions including attendance tracking, technical support, feedback collection and distribution of promotional items.
- Create and edit digital learning assets — videos, infographics and quizzes — for e‑learning and Instagram to reinforce brand values and product knowledge.
- Support global trainers by sourcing appropriate training spaces, preparing physical and digital kits, and coordinating logistics for regional sessions.
- Measure and report on training effectiveness through surveys and impact analyses; propose improvements to content and delivery.
- Perform operational tasks for the training department such as creating purchase orders, onboarding suppliers and coordinating international shipments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Fluent English (C1) and strong oral and written communication skills in Spanish; French and other languages are advantageous.
- Enthusiastic, proactive team player with strong attention to detail, organisational ability and sense of urgency.
- Proven ability to create clear, brand‑aligned learning materials and to manage multiple logistical tasks simultaneously.
- Availability to sign a university internship agreement for a minimum of six months on a full‑time basis.
