Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise retail teams on the shop floor, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
  • Support management in training and developing team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through structured outreach and exceptional clienteling techniques.
  • Assist in inventory control and back-of-house operational tasks to ensure smooth store operations.
  • Execute visual merchandising plans in alignment with LOEWE’s brand standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in luxury and/or premium retail, with a preference for ready-to-wear expertise.
  • Proven ability to supervise and develop retail teams.
  • Experience in client relationship management and clienteling.

Skills

Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent clienteling and customer relationship skills. Proficiency in visual merchandising. Ability to manage inventory and operational tasks efficiently. Foreign language skills are advantageous but not required.

Experience

Minimum of 4 years in luxury and/or premium retail, particularly in ready-to-wear.
