Role & Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with day-to-day management of sales team and act as Manager on Duty in their absence
• Lead by example on the sales floor, mentoring Client Advisors on LOEWE standards and service protocols
• Serve as keyholder with opening and closing responsibilities
• Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with Client Advisors to review sales projections and provide coaching on sales penetration strategies
• Manage conflict resolution internally and externally with composure and professionalism
• Provide personal client service and guide executives, VIPs, and VIC guests through the boutique
• Partner with back-office team to ensure accurate consignment management, inventory control, and timely order fulfillment
• Oversee visual merchandising standards in partnership with Store Director and Store Operations Manager
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for consignments, distance orders, and stylist agreements
• Achieve individual and store sales goals by modeling strong personal business performance
• Deploy training programs to all Client Advisors in support of Store Management
• Ensure sales team productivity during downtime and adherence to organizational and merchandising standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a retail environment
• At least 2 years' experience in a supervisor or department manager role
• Proven track record of driving positive customer interactions and service excellence
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Experience

Minimum 5 years in a retail environment with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management capacity, demonstrating consistent success in team leadership and sales achievement.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 28 to USD 32 per hour.
