Role & Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with day-to-day management of the sales team and act as Manager on Duty in their absence
• Lead by example on the sales floor, mentoring staff on standard processes and ensuring team enhancement during downtime
• Serve as keyholder with opening and closing responsibilities
• Conduct weekly meetings with Client Advisors to discuss monthly and yearly sales projections and provide mentorship on increasing sales penetration
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained in partnership with Store Director and Store Operations Manager
• Manage conflict resolution with confidence in both internal and external contexts
• Lead executive, VIP, and VIC tours through the store, articulating knowledge of artwork, collections, and company business
• Oversee consignment operations in coordination with back-of-house team, ensuring accurate checking, packing, shipping, and returns
• Manage all paperwork and procedures related to consignments, distance orders, and stylist agreements
• Meet individual and store sales goals while achieving monthly sales targets and leading by personal example
• Deploy training initiatives to all Client Advisors in support of Store Management
• Provide sales support to clients when necessary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail environment experience
• 2+ years in a supervisory or department manager role
• Proven track record of driving positive customer interactions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Flexibility to work retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
