LOEWE is hiring a Team Leader in Dallas, TX — retail supervisory role leading Client Advisors and driving sales at the boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in day-to-day leadership and operational oversight of the sales team, acting as Manager on Duty in their absence.
- Lead by example on the sales floor: cultivate an elevated client experience, develop personal client business and mentor Client Advisors to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Manage opening/closing procedures and keyholder responsibilities to maintain security and operational standards.
- Drive team development through weekly coaching sessions, sales projection reviews, and deployment of training initiatives.
- Partner with Visual Merchandising and Store Operations to ensure presentation standards and VM execution are upheld.
- Coordinate with back‑of‑house (BOH) to oversee consignment handling, stock control, timely packing/returns and accurate paperwork for distance orders and stylist agreements.
- Resolve client and internal conflicts confidently and professionally; escort and brief VIPs, executives and collectors on collections and company initiatives when required.
- Ensure the sales team utilises downtime productively and completes assigned operational tasks to LOEWE standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years’ experience in a retail environment, including at least two years in a supervisory or department manager capacity.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing a personal client portfolio within luxury retail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with aptitude for coaching and performance feedback.
- Strong organisational aptitude and meticulous attention to operational detail.
- Flexibility to work a full retail schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Experience
Minimum five years of retail experience with at least two years in a supervisory or department manager role, demonstrating success in driving sales and developing client relationships in a luxury environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related discipline preferred.
