Role & Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with day-to-day management and mentoring of Client Advisors team
• Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of Store Manager and/or Store Operations Manager
• Lead by example on sales floor, mentor staff on standard processes, and develop team capabilities
• Serve as keyholder with opening and closing responsibilities
• Conduct weekly meetings with Client Advisor team to review sales projections and provide mentorship on sales penetration strategies
• Maintain store visual merchandising standards in partnership with Store Director and Store Operations Manager
• Demonstrate expertise in conflict resolution and client interactions, including leading executives, VIPs, and VIC guests through the store
• Achieve individual and store sales goals while maintaining strong personal business
• Partner with back-of-house team to ensure accurate consignment management, packing, shipping, and returns
• Manage consignment paperwork, distance orders, and stylist agreements
• Support Store Management in deploying training programs to all Client Advisors
• Ensure sales team utilizes downtime effectively and completes tasks to LOEWE standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of retail environment experience
• Minimum 2 years of supervisor or department manager experience
• Proven track record of driving positive customer interactions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational abilities
• Ability to manage retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Skills

Experience

Minimum 5 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or department manager role. Proven ability to drive positive customer interactions and manage teams in a luxury retail environment.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management certification or luxury brand training preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 28 to USD 31 per hour.
