LOEWE Team Leader role in Costa Mesa, CA. Lead retail sales team, manage client experiences, $28–$31/hr. Full-time, permanent position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist Store Manager with day-to-day management and mentoring of Client Advisors team
- Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of Store Manager and/or Store Operations Manager
- Lead by example on sales floor, mentor staff on standard processes, and develop team capabilities
- Serve as keyholder with opening and closing responsibilities
- Conduct weekly meetings with Client Advisor team to review sales projections and provide mentorship on sales penetration strategies
- Maintain store visual merchandising standards in partnership with Store Director and Store Operations Manager
- Demonstrate expertise in conflict resolution and client interactions, including leading executives, VIPs, and VIC guests through the store
- Achieve individual and store sales goals while maintaining strong personal business
- Partner with back-of-house team to ensure accurate consignment management, packing, shipping, and returns
- Manage consignment paperwork, distance orders, and stylist agreements
- Support Store Management in deploying training programs to all Client Advisors
- Ensure sales team utilizes downtime effectively and completes tasks to LOEWE standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail environment experience
- Minimum 2 years of supervisor or department manager experience
- Proven track record of driving positive customer interactions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to manage retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management certification or luxury brand training preferred.
