LOEWE seeks a Team Leader for its Copenhagen Illum boutique to support store management in achieving service standards and operational excellence. The successful candidate will mentor floor teams, actively contribute to sales targets, and exemplify the house's brand values through exceptional client engagement and product knowledge. This is a permanent, full-time position requiring demonstrated retail leadership experience and fluency in both English and Danish.

Role & Responsibilities

• Assist store management with day-to-day team coordination and operational activities
• Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of senior management
• Oversee store opening and closing procedures when required
• Deliver training and coaching to support team development and performance
• Actively sell to achieve individual and team sales objectives
• Provide exceptional customer service through consultative engagement and product expertise
• Communicate LOEWE's brand heritage, artistic vision, and craftsmanship to clients and staff
• Execute cross-selling and upselling strategies through comprehensive product knowledge
• Build and maintain a diverse, loyal client book using company CRM systems
• Collaborate on visual merchandising initiatives aligned with LOEWE standards
• Maintain store presentation, inventory organization, and security standards
• Support inventory management and back-of-house operational tasks
• Uphold LOEWE policies, grooming standards, and professional conduct

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar retail leadership or supervisory role
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire diverse teams
• Strong understanding of luxury fashion retail and client relationship management
• Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities under pressure
• Results-driven commercial mindset combined with collaborative team approach
• Fluency in English and Danish (written and spoken)

Skills

Experience

Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in luxury or aspirational retail, with proven success in team leadership, sales performance, and client engagement within a fast-paced retail environment.

Education

Secondary education or equivalent; further training in luxury retail, hospitality, or customer service is advantageous.
