Role & Responsibilities

• Support management with the day-to-day coordination of the team.
• Act as Manager on Duty when management is absent.
• Open and close the store in the absence of management.
• Support management in delivering training and coaching to the team.
• Achieve individual and team objectives while contributing as an exceptional team player.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by greeting, listening to, assisting, and advising each client, and exceeding expectations.
• Share the brand’s history and heritage with the team and clients.
• Use product knowledge to highlight product categories and drive cross-selling and upselling.
• Engage diverse clients, put them at ease, and develop long-term relationships.
• Develop and grow a client book, updating client information in the relevant company tools.
• Collaborate in store activities that contribute to overall objectives.
• Participate in visual merchandising in accordance with LOEWE’s visual standards.
• Maintain products efficiently and keep them clean, secure, and organized across the front and back of house.
• Support inventory management and ad hoc back-of-house tasks.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including LOEWE’s grooming and behavior standards.
• Actively sell to achieve individual goals, support floor management, and lead the team’s day-to-day activities.
• Model the expected standards and support team members in achieving their individual goals, while assisting management with operational duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar retail role.
• At least 3 years of experience.
• Deep interest in fashion, art, and culture.
• Experience working with and leading a diverse, dynamic team.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire the team to perform at its best.
• Ability to adapt comfortably and connect with different employees and clients.
• Effective communication skills and sensitivity in building and maintaining a client book.
• Results-driven, with a commercial mindset and a collaborative team-player attitude.
• Flexible, adaptable, and collaborative approach to work.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
