LOEWE seeks an experienced Team Leader in Amsterdam to lead retail operations, support management, and achieve sales targets on a temporary basis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist management with day-to-day team operations and scheduling
- Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of management
- Open and close the store when management is unavailable
- Deliver training, coaching, and development support to team members
- Achieve individual sales targets while supporting team objectives
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting clients and understanding their needs
- Educate clients and team on brand history and LOEWE's leather heritage
- Develop client relationships and maintain an active client book using company systems
- Execute visual merchandising according to LOEWE brand standards
- Maintain product displays, stockroom organization, and cleanliness
- Support inventory management and back-of-house operations
- Uphold company policies, grooming standards, and professional behavior expectations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar retail supervisory role
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse, dynamic team
- Strong product knowledge and commercial acumen
- Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and multitasking capabilities
- Demonstrated client relationship management skills
- Fluent in English; Dutch language or other additional languages preferred
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail experience in a supervisory or team leadership capacity, ideally in luxury fashion or high-end retail environments. Demonstrated success in leading diverse teams, achieving sales objectives, and delivering premium customer experiences.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in retail management, business, or hospitality is advantageous.
