LOEWE Team Lead position in Scottsdale, Arizona. Lead retail team, drive sales, and manage operations for luxury leather goods retailer.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Director with managing the client advisor team on the sales floor, leading with a client-first mindset aligned with LOEWE's commercial objectives
- Build consensus among the sales team through strong mentorship and coaching to ensure sales targets are exceeded
- Deliver best-in-class client experience by identifying opportunities to elevate standards and maximizing company tools, setting the example for the client advisor team
- Support the Store Director in executing local and regional CRM activations to drive client retention and loyalty
- Achieve sales goals by managing individual client advisor performance through in-the-moment coaching and monthly performance reviews
- Monitor competitor and market trends, providing timely and quantified feedback to regional commercial and merchandising teams
- Maximize business tools and reporting systems including NPS, Power BI, and My LOEWE to elevate store performance
- Manage store controllable expenses including oversight of payroll, overtime, and temporary staffing in partnership with the Store Director
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures including inventory management, loss prevention, quality control, IT, and health and safety
- Support health and safety compliance in line with company policies and local legislation
- Manage vendor and supplier relationships, identifying opportunities to improve service and reduce expenditure
- Partner with the Store Director to develop strategies improving operational efficiencies through bi-annual inventories and audits
- Support interviewing and onboarding of new team members
- Deputize the Store Director's responsibilities in their absence
- Collaborate with the regional training manager to ensure completion and utilization of company leadership programs
- Actively participate in all 360 business reviews, store visits, and new hire onboarding
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of team management experience in a similar retail or luxury retail environment
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales through strategic business decisions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Proven track record of building and coaching high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of CRM principles and customer retention strategies
- Proficiency with retail management tools and analytics platforms

Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of team management experience in a similar role, with demonstrated success in driving sales through strategic business decisions and managing retail teams in a customer-centric environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or related field preferred.
