LOEWE Team Lead position in Chicago, IL. Lead retail sales team, manage operations, and drive client experience for the luxury leather goods maison.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Director in managing the client advisor team on the sales floor, leading with a client-first mindset aligned with LOEWE's commercial objectives
  • Demonstrate consensus-building among the sales team through strong mentorship and coaching to ensure sales goals are exceeded
  • Deliver best-in-class client experiences by identifying opportunities to continually elevate service standards and maximizing company CRM tools
  • Support the Store Director in executing local and regional CRM activations to build client retention
  • Achieve sales targets by managing individual client advisor performance through in-the-moment coaching and monthly performance reviews
  • Monitor competitor and market trends, partnering with regional commercial and merchandising teams to provide quantified feedback for strategic decisions
  • Participate actively in 360 business reviews and store visits, maximizing business tools including NPS, Power BI, and My LOEWE
  • Complete required sales reporting and weekly highlights with timely, quantified feedback
  • Partner with the Store Director to manage controllable store expenses, including oversight of payroll, overtime, and temporary staffing
  • Support the Store Director in ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures covering inventory management, loss prevention, quality control, IT, and health and safety
  • Manage health and safety compliance in accordance with company policies and local legislation
  • Manage vendor and supplier relationships, identifying opportunities to improve service quality and reduce expenditure
  • Partner with the Store Director to develop strategies for operational efficiency improvements using bi-annual inventories and audits
  • Inspire strong performance by modeling LOEWE values and supporting an enthusiastic, energetic store environment
  • Develop internal talent in partnership with the Store Director, actively participating in the annual review process and building individual talent development plans
  • Participate in new hire onboarding and recruitment interviews
  • Deputize Store Director responsibilities during their absence
  • Work closely with the regional training manager to ensure completion and utilization of all company leadership programs
  • Maximize business tools to support team education and training, including LOEWE Learning, Loop, and Talent Connect

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of team management experience in a similar retail or luxury retail environment
  • Proven track record of driving sales through strategic business decisions
  • Strong mentorship and coaching capabilities with demonstrated ability to elevate team performance
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Ability to prioritize daily tasks and maintain focus on core business objectives
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business demands
