LOEWE Talent Manager position in Getafe, Spain — lead talent acquisition and development for Manufacturing and Logistics. Permanent, on-site role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end selection processes for assigned positions, including resume screening, interviews, and candidate evaluation based on profile fit
  • Meet with managers to understand hiring needs, define job profiles, and align recruitment expectations
  • Draft and publish job offers on appropriate channels; implement direct search and sourcing strategies to identify internal and external talent
  • Coordinate interview processes with managers and key stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication
  • Ensure positive candidate experience aligned with LOEWE's company standards and brand values
  • Monitor selection processes and analyze key performance indicators such as time to fill, quality of hire, and conversion rates
  • Collaborate on projects to identify training and development needs in conjunction with managers and the HR team
  • Participate in the definition and implementation of training and development plans
  • Support onboarding, upskilling, and reskilling initiatives across Manufacturing and Logistics
  • Contribute to individual development plans and support the growth and advancement of internal talent
  • Participate in internal mobility and career development initiatives
  • Collaborate on employer branding and talent attraction projects to strengthen LOEWE's market positioning
  • Participate in talent review processes, potential identification, and succession planning
  • Support engagement, retention, and talent development initiatives across the organization
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of selection and development processes, tools, and performance indicators
  • Collaborate with HR and business partners on cross-functional projects related to talent and organizational development

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in dynamic environments and ideally within the luxury or fashion sector
  • Demonstrated experience in training, development, or talent management projects
  • Proven ability to work closely with managers and act as a strategic business partner
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and priority management capabilities
  • Results-oriented mindset with demonstrated analytical capacity for KPI monitoring
  • High proficiency in Spanish and English
  • French and/or Italian language proficiency is a plus
