LOEWE seeks a Talent Development and HR Projects Intern in Madrid for a 6-month programme, offering hands-on HR experience and €800–900 monthly study support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the coordination and implementation of Talent Development initiatives, ensuring smooth execution of ongoing projects alongside the HR team
- Assist in preparing and deploying learning and development activities, including materials, schedules, and tracking mechanisms
- Contribute to career development and internal mobility initiatives by preparing content and liaising with HR colleagues and managers
- Support the preparation of presentations and communication materials related to Talent Development and internal platforms
- Provide follow-up support with project stakeholders to track actions, gather inputs, and ensure cross-team alignment
- Coordinate regional and global HR projects led by the HR Director, including meeting preparation and administrative support
- Assist with organizing trainings, workshops, and HR-related events in both virtual and in-person formats
- Support data collection, reporting, and presentation preparation for HR projects
- Contribute to internal HR communications and day-to-day HR activities, including light coordination on junior retail recruitment across Europe
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree programme in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- For EU citizens: valid student NIE (Foreigner Identification Number); for non-EU citizens: valid work permit
- Ability to sign an internship agreement through your academic institution

Experience
The candidate should demonstrate a motivated, curious approach to HR and Talent Development with enthusiasm for people-focused work. Prior hands-on HR experience is not required; however, candidates should exhibit the ability to take initiative, work collaboratively in team environments, and respond adaptively to changing priorities.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field. Current enrollment in an accredited university or Business School is mandatory.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 800 to EUR 900 per month.
