Loewe is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support its HR team with recruitment administration, university outreach, onboarding and intern support. This is a full-time, six-month internship, generally scheduled 9 a.m.–6:30 p.m. Monday to Thursday and 9 a.m.–3 p.m. Friday, with €800–900 gross monthly study support and a daily lunch subsidy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage internship requests by reviewing job descriptions and posting roles.
- Maintain recruitment data.
- Contact new universities to expand and diversify the intern candidate pool.
- Ensure interns are properly onboarded and complete the required paperwork.
- Contribute to the overall candidate experience.
- Support interns with their day-to-day needs.
Qualifications
- Must be able to sign an internship agreement with a university.
- EU candidates must have a student NIE; candidates from outside the EU must have a work permit.
- Interest in fashion and culture, with a consideration of a career in Human Resources.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in the quality of work.
- High level of Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Comfortable using all Microsoft Office programs.
