LOEWE Supply Chain Manager – Demand planning and inventory leadership for Southeast Asia and Oceania, Singapore.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an integrated demand strategy aligned with regional business objectives and partner strategically with Merchandising and headquarters teams
- Own monthly forecasting and best estimate processes across all product categories, leveraging data-driven analysis and planning tools to drive forecast accuracy
- Lead regional inventory planning, define category targets, monitor stock levels and aging, and drive stock rebalancing strategies to maximize productivity and minimize obsolescence
- Manage end-to-end product flow across the regional logistics network, overseeing allocation and replenishment processes to maintain optimal availability
- Oversee inventory lifecycle from initial buy through liquidation, ensuring efficiency and profitability
- Supervise reverse logistics processes and ensure timely, accurate handling of returns
- Lead and develop a high-performing planning team, establishing and tracking KPIs across forecasting, inventory, and service levels
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes, tools, and cross-functional alignment
Qualifications
- Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, or merchandising planning within retail environments
- Demonstrated experience with forecasting, inventory management, and distribution across omnichannel settings
- Proficiency with planning and data analytics tools such as Anaplan, SAP, or Power BI
- Proven ability to work effectively within matrix organizations and across regional and global teams
Skills
Experience
8–10 years of supply chain, demand planning, or merchandising planning experience within retail environments. Luxury or premium retail background is advantageous. The candidate should demonstrate structured, analytical, and solutions-oriented problem-solving capabilities with exposure to process improvement or optimization practices.

Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
