Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and drive an integrated regional demand strategy aligned with SEAO business objectives, balancing commercial targets with inventory discipline.
- Own the monthly forecasting and best-estimate process across all categories, partnering with Merchandising and HQ to build, validate and challenge sales plans at category and SKU level.
- Lead regional inventory planning: define category targets, monitor stock levels, sell-through and aging, and implement stock rebalancing and liquidation strategies to maximise productivity and minimise obsolescence.
- Manage end-to-end distribution planning and execution across the regional logistics network, ensuring timely deliveries, launch readiness, allocation, replenishment and efficient order fulfilment.
- Act as a strategic business partner to Merchandising and HQ planning, providing actionable insights for assortment planning, store openings and retail initiatives.
- Establish and track KPIs across forecasting accuracy, inventory health and service levels; drive continuous improvement of planning processes, tools and cross-functional alignment.
- Lead, develop and coach a high-performing regional planning team, fostering accountability, collaboration and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Oversee reverse logistics processes and ensure accurate handling of returns and transfers to protect service levels and profitability.
Qualifications
- Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain, demand planning or merchandising/planning within retail; luxury or premium segment experience preferred.
- Proven experience in regional or multi-country planning, inventory optimisation and distribution across omnichannel environments.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix organisation and to translate commercial requirements into operational plans.
- Experience leading teams and tracking performance through KPIs; track record of delivering process improvements or optimisation initiatives.

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in supply chain, demand planning or merchandising planning within retail; luxury or premium experience is an advantage.
Education
Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related discipline.
