LOEWE Supply Chain Intern - Planning, Data Analytics and Distribution role in Madrid. 6–12 month internship with mentorship and hands-on supply chain experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support stock distribution and rebalancing actions to ensure optimal product availability in line with sales trends and business objectives for the store network
  • Initiate, track, and independently follow up on weekly actions to maximize sales and minimize stock depreciation, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and execution
  • Coordinate Client Special Request fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to stores
  • Automate and report specific KPIs for product flow and stock movements across the store network
  • Provide weekly analysis and reporting for key product offers (e.g., PERM/CO)
  • Analyze regional stock levels and communicate requests to central teams
  • Develop ad-hoc solutions in Power BI or Excel to automate and optimize reporting processes and enhance efficiency
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of advanced dashboards and reports for the team and stakeholders
  • Conduct weekly and monthly sales analysis and reporting for Perfumes and Home Scents categories within the store network
  • Optimize stock levels by coordinating stock rebalancing and replenishment orders based on analytical data
  • Conduct periodic assortment reviews and propose action plans in collaboration with Visual Merchandising and stores
  • Coordinate all supply chain activities related to planning and store orders, including liaising with Perfumes subsidiaries on purchase orders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including stores, logistics, central teams, and subsidiaries
  • Independently follow up on actions required from stores for timely execution, embodying a can-do attitude
  • Assist with daily store customer requests

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Advanced skills in Power BI and Excel (mandatory)
