LOEWE seeks a Supply & Inventory Planning Manager in Shanghai to lead distribution, assortment, and inventory optimization across global channels.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own category-level distribution from forecasting through monthly reorders, allocation, and rebalancing
- Plan and execute outlet new launch assortment and allocation strategy
- Manage VVIC, VIC, and client-requested special orders and exotic inventory
- Execute in-season assortment management and define retail assortment based on optimal SKU performance
- Plan new collection launch schedules and promotional/event-driven stock requirements
- Oversee inventory management across full-price and liquidation channels with bi-weekly rebalancing cycles
- Forecast inbound and outbound capacity requirements and manage retail stock depth and inventory ratios
- Monitor and optimize key inventory-related KPIs including Average Variance Ratio (AVR), service level, and coverage metrics
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives including SLIM4 implementation and AI-powered rebalancing tools
Qualifications
- 10+ years of distribution planning experience in the fashion industry with proven expertise in replenishment models
- Mastery of core inventory management KPIs and demonstrated analytical capability
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
- Knowledge of distribution management tools
- Results-oriented mindset with ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Strong decision-making capability with demonstrated ownership of complex problems

Experience
10+ years of distribution planning experience in the fashion industry, with solid knowledge of replenishment models and proven track record in managing inventory across multiple channels and geographies.
