LOEWE seeks a Store Operations Specialist in Scottsdale, USA to manage inventory, shipping/receiving and client deliveries.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage movement of merchandise entering and exiting the store, ensuring compliance with shipping/receiving policies and store SOPs.
  • Maintain secure, organized and efficient stockroom operations, including replenishment, packaging levels and storage optimisation.
  • Execute and participate in inventories and cycle counts; lead inventory reconciliation and follow up on discrepancies.
  • Process inter‑store transfers, stock rotations, incoming/outgoing shipments, damages, RTVs and related documentation accurately.
  • Coordinate and lead client delivery operations: document deliveries, troubleshoot missing items and maintain proactive client follow‑up.
  • Support sales floor staff by locating stock and facilitating timely replenishment of sold‑through merchandise.
  • Assist visual merchandising and store operations with moving and storing fixtures, props and furniture; contribute to visual maintenance.
  • Oversee facility and fixture maintenance coordination and general housekeeping to preserve the Maison’s retail image.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years’ experience in retail operations, inventory control, stockroom management or logistics — luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to conduct and reconcile inventories and cycle counts with high accuracy.
  • Strong organisational skills with an aptitude for space planning and stock optimisation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and proficiency completing operational paperwork (RTVs, damage reports, transfer forms).
  • Professional client service orientation and discretion when handling client deliveries and sensitive merchandise.
  • Ability to lift and move merchandise and fixtures as required; flexible to support store needs including visual merchandising.

Experience
