LOEWE seeks a Store Operations Manager in Paris (Casa LOEWE Montaigne) to lead back‑of‑house operations, inventory and team development.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the back‑of‑house team to meet individual and store targets while fostering a positive, collaborative working environment.
  • Define, review and coach to individual and team performance objectives; provide timely qualitative feedback and conduct one‑to‑one development conversations.
  • Recruit and secure succession plans in partnership with the Store Director; deliver induction and ongoing operational training for new and existing staff.
  • Oversee stockroom standards and organisation to enable efficient flow between front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house.
  • Receive and reconcile deliveries, investigate discrepancies, and manage returns and inter‑store/warehouse transfers.
  • Own inventory control activities including periodic full stock takes and cycle counts; maintain accurate stock records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, after‑sales procedures, and Health & Safety legislation across the store.
  • Manage cashiering processes, till reconciliation, opening/closing procedures and petty cash controls.
  • Plan and coordinate staff scheduling, attendance, leave and payroll reporting; produce operational reports and translate them into action.
  • Liaise with internal teams (Visual Merchandising, Merchandising, Press) and external suppliers; lead implementation of new systems or digital tools.
  • Support front‑of‑house operations and deputise for other managers when required, ensuring seamless FOH/BOH collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years' experience in retail operations or store management, preferably in luxury fashion.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing diverse teams to commercial targets.
  • Fluent in French and English (verbal and written).
  • Strong commercial acumen with the capacity to develop agile, creative operational solutions.
  • Deep knowledge and passion for stock management, inventory controls and back‑of‑house processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; leads with empathy and curiosity.
  • Client‑centric mindset with commitment to service excellence and collaboration across stakeholders.
  • Genuine interest in fashion, art and culture.

Experience
