LOEWE seeks Store Manager for Stockholm NK boutique. Lead luxury retail team, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional client experience in this on-site permanent role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Grow and develop team members through regular coaching, feedback, and individual development plans; identify talent, recruit strategically, and secure succession planning
  • Manage and inspire the team to drive business results and generate innovative solutions whilst fostering an encouraging, empowering, and motivating environment
  • Organize team scheduling and shop floor coverage to meet evolving business needs and provide comprehensive onboarding support to new joiners
  • Lead by example in client engagement, role-modelling the selling ceremony and coaching staff on personalized service delivery
  • Manage customer flow through effective planning and reactive organization to ensure each client receives appropriate service levels
  • Build and maintain a client-centric mindset within the store focused on exceeding expectations; develop and optimize client database quality and quantity
  • Grow top-line sales by identifying opportunities and maximizing store potential; develop and implement tangible action plans aligned with company objectives
  • Focus on category development, collaborating with internal functions to maximize each category's commercial potential
  • Build, grow, and develop a loyal client base utilizing all available tools and platforms
  • Act as a brand promoter, networking and creating awareness through representation at local market activities
  • Monitor business performance, audit results, and market trends; proactively share insights and competitive intelligence with stakeholders
  • Ensure flawless implementation of retail tools, processes, and procedures for both front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • Maintain inventory accuracy, health and safety compliance, store facilities standards, and grooming guidelines

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience leading diverse teams in a luxury retail or similar premium environment
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrable ability to drive sales growth and business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to valuing and amplifying diversity
  • Client-centric mindset with passion for exceeding expectations and delivering exceptional service
  • Agile, creative approach to problem-solving with commercial orientation
  • Deep knowledge of and passion for fashion, art, and culture
  • Fluent in English; Swedish language proficiency is highly valued

Experience

Education

Secondary education minimum; tertiary qualification in business, hospitality, or related discipline is advantageous.
