LOEWE Store Manager – Singapore | Lead luxury retail team, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional client experiences in a permanent full-time role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead team management and development through regular coaching, feedback, and individual development planning to maximize potential and secure succession pipelines
  • Identify, recruit, and foster talent whilst creating an encouraging, empowering, and motivating environment that drives innovation and business results
  • Organize shop floor coverage and team scheduling to meet evolving business needs and ensure seamless store operations
  • Onboard new team members and ensure their complete integration into company culture and operational procedures
  • Lead from the front by role-modelling client-centric selling ceremonies and coaching the team on luxury service delivery standards
  • Manage customer flow through strategic forward planning and reactive organization to ensure every client receives appropriate attention and recognition
  • Develop and maintain high-quality client database, optimizing data quality and quantity to build a loyal customer base
  • Train and develop team members on after-sales knowledge and confidence in luxury product expertise
  • Drive top-line sales growth by identifying commercial opportunities and maximizing category potential through collaborative cross-functional alignment
  • Develop and implement tangible action plans aligned with company objectives, focusing on category development and market expansion
  • Serve as brand ambassador through active networking, participation in local activities, and representation of brand values in the market
  • Monitor competitive landscape and market trends whilst sharing strategic insights and opportunities with business stakeholders
  • Maintain thorough understanding and implementation of all policies, standards, and procedures including health and safety, facility maintenance, and grooming guidelines
  • Ensure flawless adoption of retail tools and assets to optimize both front-of-house and back-of-house client and user experience
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and accountability whilst ensuring effective collaboration between front and back-of-house teams

  • Proven experience leading diverse teams in a luxury retail environment
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen with track record of exceeding sales targets
