The Store Manager leads the Loewe boutique at Roma Rinascente Tritone, developing the team, elevating client experience and driving commercial performance while overseeing store operations. This is a permanent, full-time, on-site position in Rome.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and develop team members through regular feedback, identifying strengths and development opportunities and partnering with relevant departments on individual development plans.
- Identify, recruit and develop talent, ensuring succession plans are in place.
- Manage and inspire the team to drive business and create innovative solutions within an encouraging, empowering and motivating environment.
- Organize team schedules and shop-floor coverage to meet changing business needs.
- Support new joiners and ensure completion of their onboarding for a positive integration into the company.
- Communicate company messages and information during morning briefings, training sessions and one-to-one meetings.
- Lead by example in connecting with clients and coach the team on the selling ceremony in the moment.
- Manage client flow through forward planning and responsive organization, ensuring each client receives the appropriate service and is acknowledged and attended to.
- Build a client-centric mindset focused on consistently exceeding client expectations.
- Develop the client database by optimizing data quality and quantity.
- Train and develop the team to build confidence in after-sales knowledge.
- Grow store sales by identifying opportunities and maximizing potential.
- Develop and implement relevant, tangible action plans aligned with company needs and expectations.
- Drive category development in the store, collaborating with relevant functions to maximize each category's potential.
- Build, grow and develop a loyal client base using available tools and opportunities.
- Promote the brand by networking and representing it at local activities to build awareness.
- Connect with internal and external market peers to create an effective collaborative network.
- Understand the competitive landscape and market trends, continually building market knowledge and awareness.
- Proactively share market insights and opportunities with business stakeholders.
- Monitor business performance, results and audits, and develop actions as needed.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of policies, standards and procedures, ensuring they are communicated and implemented.
- Ensure flawless implementation and adoption of Retail tools and assets for front-of-house and back-of-house client and user experience.
- Maintain inventory and ensure its accurate management.
- Harmonize store processes and procedures to deliver a best-in-class client experience, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety requirements, maintenance of store facilities, adherence to Grooming Guidelines, and effective collaboration between front- and back-of-house teams and activities.
- Undertake additional duties and management responsibilities as required.
