LOEWE seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead the Casa Saint Honoré boutique in Paris. The successful candidate will drive commercial excellence through team development, client-centric service delivery, and strategic business growth initiatives. This permanent, full-time position reports to regional leadership and oversees all store operations, team management, and customer experience within a flagship luxury environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a diverse team through regular coaching, feedback, and individual development planning; identify talent and secure succession plans
  • Inspire and manage the team to drive business results and foster an encouraging, empowering work environment
  • Organize team and shop floor coverage to meet evolving business needs and provide comprehensive onboarding support to new joiners
  • Communicate company messages and strategic information through morning briefings, training sessions, and one-to-one meetings
  • Lead by example in connecting with clients and coaching the team on elevated selling ceremonies and client engagement
  • Manage customer flow through effective forward planning and reactive organization to ensure consistent, exceptional service
  • Develop and maintain a robust client database, optimizing data quality and quantity to maximize loyalty and lifetime value
  • Train and develop the team on after-sales knowledge and confident client follow-up processes
  • Identify commercial opportunities and develop tangible action plans aligned with company objectives and market potential
  • Focus on category development and maximize each category's potential through collaboration with relevant functions
  • Monitor business performance, results, and audits; develop corrective actions as needed
  • Maintain thorough understanding of store policies, standards, and procedures; ensure consistent implementation and adoption
  • Oversee inventory management and accuracy; maintain accountability for stock levels and placement
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, store facility maintenance, and grooming guidelines
  • Act as a brand promoter, representing LOEWE at local activities and building collaborative networks with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactively share market insights, competitive intelligence, and emerging trends with business stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience in a similar luxury retail or hospitality leadership environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams to success with strong commercial acumen
