Store Manager opportunity at LOEWE's new Mallorca boutique. Lead luxury retail operations, team development, and client experience in this permanent full-time role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and coach the team through regular feedback and individual development plans, identifying talent and securing succession plans
- Manage shop floor coverage and team organization to meet evolving business needs while ensuring positive onboarding experiences for new joiners
- Lead by example in client engagement, role-modelling the selling ceremony and training staff on delivering exceptional service
- Manage customer flow through forward planning and reactive organization to ensure no client is left unattended
- Grow top-line sales by identifying business opportunities, developing action plans, and maximizing category potential
- Build and develop a loyal client base through effective customer relationship management and database optimization
- Act as brand ambassador through local networking, community presence, and representation at cultural and social events
- Monitor competitive landscape and market trends, proactively sharing insights and opportunities with business stakeholders
- Maintain comprehensive understanding of policies, standards, and procedures; ensure flawless implementation of retail tools and systems
- Oversee inventory management and accuracy; ensure adherence to health, safety, facility maintenance, and grooming guidelines
- Monitor business performance metrics and audits, developing corrective actions as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of proven management experience in a luxury retail or similar upscale retail environment
- Demonstrated commercial acumen with a track record of driving sales growth and business development
- Strong team leadership capabilities with experience managing diverse teams across multiple functions
- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to lead with empathy and amplify diversity
- Client-centric mindset with passion for exceeding customer expectations
- Deep interest in fashion, art, and culture with knowledge of contemporary luxury industry trends
- Fluency in English and Spanish

Experience
Minimum 5 years of proven experience leading teams in a luxury retail or similarly upscale environment, with demonstrated success in driving commercial results and building client loyalty.
Education
No specific educational qualification explicitly required; however, secondary education is assumed. Advanced retail management certification or equivalent professional development is valued.
