LOEWE seeks Store Manager for new Mallorca boutique opening. Lead luxury retail operations, team, and client experience in Spain.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Grow and develop the team through regular coaching, feedback, and meaningful individual development plans that identify strengths and growth opportunities
  • Recruit and develop talent, establishing robust succession plans to ensure continuity and organizational strength
  • Manage team and shop floor scheduling to meet evolving business needs while maintaining optimal client coverage
  • Provide comprehensive onboarding support to new team members, ensuring positive integration and full pathway completion
  • Lead client experience by role-modeling consultative selling techniques and coaching the team on the selling ceremony in real-time
  • Manage customer flow through effective forward planning and reactive organization to deliver personalized service
  • Build a client-centric culture focused on exceeding expectations and developing a robust client database
  • Grow top-line sales by identifying opportunities and maximizing category potential across all product lines
  • Develop and implement tangible action plans aligned with company needs and market expectations
  • Build and maintain a loyal client base using all available tools and CRM opportunities
  • Serve as a brand ambassador through networking, market representation, and local community engagement
  • Monitor competitive landscape and market trends, proactively sharing insights with business stakeholders
  • Maintain thorough understanding of policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring consistent implementation across all operations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar leadership environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams to commercial success
  • Strong commercial acumen with measurable track record in sales growth
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Deep knowledge of fashion, art, and luxury retail culture
  • Client-centric mindset with passion for exceeding expectations
