LOEWE seeks a Store Manager for its new Palma de Mallorca boutique. Lead luxury retail operations, team development, and client experience in a fast-moving luxury house.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a diverse team through coaching, feedback, and meaningful individual development plans; identify talent and secure succession planning
- Inspire and manage the team to drive business innovation and create an encouraging, empowering, positive environment
- Organize shop floor coverage efficiently to meet evolving business needs and ensure seamless onboarding for new joiners
- Lead from the front, role-modelling client connection and coaching the team on consultative selling principles
- Manage customer flow through forward planning and reactive organization to ensure every client receives appropriate service levels
- Build a client-centric mindset focused on exceeding expectations; train the team on after-sales knowledge and product expertise
- Grow top-line sales through opportunity identification and implementation of tangible action plans aligned with company objectives
- Develop category performance through cross-functional collaboration and maximize each category's potential
- Build, grow, and develop a loyal client base utilising all available tools; act as a brand ambassador and networker within the local market
- Monitor competitive landscape and market trends; share market insights and opportunities with internal stakeholders
- Maintain thorough understanding of policies, standards, and procedures; ensure flawless implementation of retail tools and assets
- Oversee inventory management and accuracy; ensure adherence to Health & Safety protocols, facility maintenance, and grooming guidelines

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of proven leadership experience in a luxury retail or similar environment
- Demonstrated commercial acumen with strong track record of exceeding sales targets
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Deep knowledge of and passion for fashion, art, and culture
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams to success
