LOEWE Store Manager — Kuwait City. Lead a boutique team to drive sales and deliver exceptional client experiences for luxury leather goods.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop the boutique team through regular feedback, tailored development plans and effective onboarding; recruit and secure succession planning for key roles.
- Role-model exceptional client engagement and the selling ceremony, ensuring every client receives an elevated, personalised experience and that after‑sales service standards are met.
- Drive top-line sales and category development by defining and implementing actionable business plans, analysing performance and translating market insights into local initiatives.
- Manage daily store operations including inventory control, stock accuracy, retail tools adoption (FOH/BOH), health & safety compliance, grooming standards and facilities upkeep.
- Optimise store coverage and customer flow, build and maintain a high-quality client database, and represent the brand at local events to increase awareness and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' progressive experience in luxury retail with proven success leading diverse store teams.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing category potential.
- Proven ability to recruit, coach and retain talent; strong people‑development and performance‑management skills.
- Fluent in English; excellent interpersonal and communication skills with cultural sensitivity for the Middle East market.
- Deep interest in fashion, art and culture and strong product knowledge of luxury leather goods.

Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience managing retail teams in a luxury fashion or leather‑goods environment, with documented success in driving sales, developing talent and managing store operations.
Education
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management, fashion or a related field preferred.
