LOEWE is hiring a Store Manager at Copenhagen Airport to lead retail operations, drive sales and deliver exceptional client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the store team through regular coaching, performance feedback and tailored development plans; recruit and secure succession for key roles.
- Role-model client engagement and coach the team on the selling ceremony to deliver personalised, best-in-class service at every interaction.
- Define and implement commercial action plans to grow sales, optimise category performance and maximise top-line results.
- Manage day-to-day retail operations including inventory accuracy, store facilities, health & safety compliance and adherence to grooming and operational standards.
- Build and maintain a high-quality client database, drive clienteling initiatives and ensure confident after-sales service from the team.
- Monitor business performance and audits, share market insights with stakeholders and represent the brand at local activities to increase awareness.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years' experience in retail management within a luxury fashion or leather-goods environment.
- Proven track record recruiting, developing and leading diverse teams to achieve commercial objectives.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen with the ability to analyse performance and implement effective action plans.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; leads with empathy and curiosity.
- Fluent in English; Danish and additional languages are advantageous.

Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive retail experience with at least several years in a managerial role within luxury fashion, airports or high-volume boutique environments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management, fashion or a related field preferred.
