Store Manager at LOEWE Chatswood Chase in Sydney, Australia. Lead a luxury fashion boutique team with proven retail leadership experience. Full-time, AUD$80K–$100K.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide strong leadership to the store team, including recruitment, onboarding, coaching, training, and performance management
- Oversee all aspects of store management, from housekeeping and inventory control to visual merchandising and operational compliance
- Drive CRM through effective management of the customer database and clienteling initiatives
- Identify and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive higher conversion and sales targets
- Ensure effective two-way communication to keep the team engaged, knowledgeable, and aligned with brand standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of retail leadership experience in luxury retail, footwear, or apparel (Ready-to-Wear and accessories preferred)
- Proven track record of driving commercial outcomes and meeting sales targets
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop talent through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Expertise in cultivating high-value client relationships and leveraging advanced relationship-management strategies
- Commitment to operational excellence spanning inventory control, visual merchandising, and store administration

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from AUD 80,000 to AUD 100,000 per annum.
