Role & Responsibilities

• Lead from the front, role-modelling exceptional client engagement and coaching the team on the selling ceremony in real time
• Grow and develop team members through regular coaching and feedback, identifying strengths and development opportunities whilst creating meaningful individual development plans
• Identify, recruit, and develop talent whilst securing succession plans to ensure long-term team stability
• Manage and inspire the team to drive business results and create innovative solutions within an encouraging, empowering, and motivating environment
• Lead client experience across the store by managing customer flow through effective forward planning and reactive organization to ensure no client is left unattended
• Develop the client database by optimizing data quality and quantity to build a loyal client base
• Train and develop the team to be confident in product knowledge and after-sales expertise
• Grow top-line sales by identifying opportunities and maximizing store potential through targeted action plans and category development
• Monitor business performance, results, and audits, developing corrective actions as needed
• Act as a brand ambassador, networking and creating brand awareness through representation at local activities
• Maintain thorough understanding and implementation of all policies, standards, and procedures
• Ensure flawless adoption of retail tools and systems for front-of-house and back-of-house operations
• Manage inventory with accountability for accuracy and stock management
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards, facility maintenance, and grooming guidelines
• Coordinate effective collaboration between front and back-of-house teams

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven management experience in a luxury retail environment
• Demonstrated success leading diverse teams to achieve commercial results
• Strong and demonstrable commercial acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to amplify diversity
• Client-centric mindset with passion for exceeding expectations
• Deep interest in fashion, art, and culture
• Ability to be agile, creative, and commercial in problem-solving

Skills

Experience

Minimum 5 years of proven management experience in a luxury retail or similar environment, with demonstrated success leading diverse teams to commercial results and managing complex retail operations.
