Loewe seeks a Store Manager in Bangkok to lead boutique operations, drive sales and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the store to exceed sales targets through proactive business development, category planning and execution of local action plans.
- Coach, develop and motivate a diverse retail team through regular feedback, performance management and individual development plans; recruit and secure succession plans.
- Role model high-quality client engagement and sell-through techniques, ensuring every client receives an elevated and consistent service.
- Manage customer flow and store coverage to guarantee timely, personalized service and optimize conversion.
- Develop and maintain the client database, ensuring high standards of data quality and leveraging CRM for retention and growth.
- Drive after-sales confidence across the team and ensure a best-in-class client journey from first contact through follow-up.
- Ensure operational excellence: inventory accuracy, implementation of FOH/BOH retail tools, compliance with policies, health & safety and grooming standards.
- Monitor commercial performance, audits and KPIs; analyse results and implement corrective actions as required.
- Represent the brand locally through networking and market activities; share market and competitor insights with stakeholders.
- Manage store facilities and ensure effective collaboration between front- and back-of-house teams.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail leadership, with evidence of developing people and delivering commercial results.
- Minimum five years' experience in retail management within luxury fashion or leather goods (see experience field).
- Demonstrable commercial acumen and experience defining and implementing business action plans.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to amplify and value diversity.
- Client-centric mindset with a commitment to exceeding expectations and building lasting client relationships.
- Ability to lead with empathy, curiosity and a collaborative approach across cross-functional stakeholders.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong interest in fashion, art and culture.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in retail management within luxury fashion or leather goods, with demonstrable team leadership and commercial responsibility.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, fashion or a related discipline preferred; equivalent professional experience in luxury retail will be accepted.
