LOEWE seeks an experienced Store Manager for Amsterdam flagship. Lead luxury retail operations, drive sales, and inspire a diverse team in a prestigious fashion environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a diverse team through regular coaching, feedback, and succession planning to drive business performance and innovation
- Build and maintain a client-centric culture, role-modeling excellence in the selling ceremony and exceeding client expectations
- Manage customer flow and team coverage to ensure optimal service delivery and client satisfaction
- Optimize the client database, develop client relationships, and cultivate loyalty across product categories
- Drive top-line sales growth through category development, strategic action plans, and market opportunity identification
- Represent the brand through community engagement, networking, and awareness-building at local cultural and artistic events
- Monitor competitive landscape and market trends, sharing insights and opportunities with internal stakeholders
- Ensure flawless implementation of retail policies, procedures, and tools for both front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Oversee inventory management, store maintenance, health and safety compliance, and team grooming standards
- Mentor new team members through comprehensive onboarding to ensure positive integration into the organization
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience leading diverse teams in a luxury retail or similar high-end environment
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and drive business growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with capacity to amplify diversity and collaborate across stakeholder groups
- Empathetic leadership style underpinned by curiosity and genuine interest in understanding individual team member strengths
- Passion for fashion, art, and culture with deep product knowledge of the luxury sector
- Client-centric mindset with track record of delivering exceptional service and exceeding expectations
- Agility and creativity in developing solutions to operational and commercial challenges
- Fluent in English; Dutch language proficiency is advantageous
